About Us

The Hotel Bahnhof has been in our family’s hands for four generations. Founded and established in 1902 by local mountain guide Alois Biner, it has since figured as a home base for mountaineers and adventurers from all over the world. Our dynamic team, very much in tune with the Zermatt landscape, approaches hospitality as it has for the past 100 years: with heartfelt dedication and commitment.
